Hearing Assistance Available The church now has a hearing assistance system. Please ask at the sound booth for a receiver if you would like to use one..

Church Office closed July 7-11 Please submit your announcements for the Sunday, July 13 bulletin no later than Saturday, July 12 at 8 am.

Men’s Softball Today’s game starts at 5 pm at Emricson Park, Field C. Next week’s game is also at 5 pm, but at Emricson B.

S.W.A.T. Youth Bible Study Midweek teen meetings have been changed from Wednesday to Thursday evenings...still meeting from 7-8 pm.
The Safety Zone, which meets Saturday nights from 7-9 pm, is a night of worship and fellowship for junior and senior high students

New Pictorial Directory Steve Smith will continue taking family photos after the worship service today for the updated church directory.

Adult Sunday School Class  Begins “No Cookie-Cutter Christians” on Sunday, June 22. “Who am I and how can God use me?” See Charles Morris for details.

Coming...Girls’ Bible Study “Finding Out Who You Really Are”  Before you can be a friend to anyone, you need to know who you are what what you stand for. To know these things, you must find out who God says you are. Body and soul, you are marvelously made! Wednesdays, July 2-August 6, 9:30 a.m.--meeting by the gazebo on the Square. Women’s Bible Studies will resume in the fall  The study will be “God’s Story” led by Anne Graham Lotz.

Christian Life Club will resume in the fall.

Young Couples/Young Adult Sunday School class has begun a new study: “I AM Discovering Who Jesus Is.” Steve and Linda Smith are your leaders for this set of lessons which will run through July 20. Child care is available.

Work Day Thanks Many thanks go out to all who came to church yesterday, ready to work. The place looks wonderful without all that window dirt--and the weeds are gone!

Inkjet Cartridge Recycling The youth are collecting empty inkjet cartridges (from computer printers) as a fundraiser. Not accepted: Epson brand cartridges or laser toner cartridges. The collection box is in the foyer.

Announcements for the Bulletin must be given to the secretary by Thursday morning, when the bulletin is being typed for Sunday. This includes special music and music confirmations.

Maintenance Alert Sheet  If you notice something broken around the church, and did not know whom to tell, use our new Maintenance Alert Sheets! This is a great way to let the Buildings and Grounds crew know what needs to be done. The sheets may be found in the office.

Box Tops for Education You can help Oakdale Christian Academy (a Free Methodist boarding school in Kentucky) by saving the General Mills Box Tops for Education labels on General Mills and Betty Crocker products.
